About The Author

Lloyd White has been a consultant in career change for twenty years. For eleven years he was contracted to the Public Sector Management Office in the Western Australian Government, to provide training in Job Applications, Interview Skills and Career Change. During this time he taught thousands of Government employees how to make successful job applications. Has also lectured in this area in three local Universities. He has extensive experience in, and knowledge of, Government Departments.

He has provided Career Change and Job Application training in Commonwealth, State and Local Government Agencies, hospitals, libraries and in T.A.F.E. Colleges all around Western Australia.

He has extensive experience in training Selection Panels in selection techniques and Interviewing techniques and procedures.

This book is based on his training material which has been thoroughly tested and on his experience in working with clients on a one-to-one bases and helping them over the hurdles of finding the right format and the words to use.

He currently provides a consultancy to individual applicants and conducts training sessions in Government Agencies and Employment agencies.
